Recover Account
My Valorant account just got hacked recently and to be honest, I don't know why or how the hacker could do that.
I woke up and discovered that my account got hacked, the hacker requested multiple password change requests via my email. I contacted Riot immediately and Riot said that the have suspended that account due to suspicious activity. I also requested a recovery account mode but they told me that I was not the owner of the account. The questions they asked were "first agent unlocked?", "first gun buddy". And to be honest, a reasonable person would not have remember such thing.
I received a password change link from Riot and I proceeded to change my password twice. I did confirm that it was Riot's official website, not any phishing sites created by the hacker. I managed to turn had two factor authentication on, changed my password multiple times but the hacker was still able to remove the two factor authentication and my email.
I contacted Riot once again, providing my past in-game names, region changes, most recent purchases with proof. BUT I STILL GOT THE SAME ANSWER THAT I'M NOT THE RIGHTFUL OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT. WHY RIOT WHY?
Aren't the transactions proof enough to show my ownership? Aren't the specific information changes not enough? And now the hacker could just play with my account?
I really need help from you guys and Riot. Please help me get my account back.

the transactions arnt enough proof, do u have the email the account was created with?
i don't have access
then u cant recover it
and if u dont have the original email then its probably not your account
if you dont create the account, its not your account
I know the email, because it was my old email, but I don't have access to it anymore
