queue dodge penalty
So i got a queue dodge penalty even though i picked an agent, im not even the one dodging. Is it always like this? Does it also give penalty to everyone or just me?

Did you disconnect from the AGENT Select screen after picking? Or are you queued with the person who is dodging?
