So i bought a 10$ paysafe card thinking to go buy some skins or the battle pass and then i relized i needed it in euros i looked at the prices and euros and dollars are the same price even tho euros cost more can i please get 1000 vp for my paysafecard

Support is really the only place that can help you. Keep in mind, there are thousands of other users also seeking assistance and it's on a first come first serve basis, so sometimes it can take days at a time.
If Support cannot help you, then I'm afraid you're at a dead end here
