Use Two platforms
can somebody get banned by using two platforms to rank up himself? If yes how can I report him? I went against a guy who had another account which was in our team and our teammate didnt move or do anything was just in spawn.

as you see this mewingtoradiant was not doing anything for 4 matches and all the 4 matches was against the same guy which is Isurf everbody knew that hes doing this for a long time to get to radiant how can I make him ban?
