My pods in the CZ network are down.
They have been unresponsive for well over an hour. Please fix

They made an announcement today / they relisted pods for people to spin up and grab data from.

I deleted all my pods in that region and created them elsewhere and its working. Is there a better way to reach out to you guys? I almost never get a response in time when I try reaching out here.
The problem is still there. I have network volume to deploy today, but no server can be deployed. Making another network volume with all the files would take a lot of time.
Sounds like a different issue, CZ region had an issue a few days ago and seems to be resolved because there are now no GPUs available in CZ region. CZ usually always has the worst availability, your only solution is to create a new network volume in a different region.
thanks. i imagine there's no way to duplicate the network volume into a new one ?
Not yet sadly though hope multi region volumes would solve this issue in future.
You can use
runpodctl
to transfer your data between pods with Network Volumes attached, but its a bit of a painWe have meeting today so will be mention all this issues.
Thanks @Madiator2011 , the main issue is that the issue in CZ region was never communicated so nobody had any idea what the root cause of the issue was or when it was actually resolved.
Communication of issues/incidents with customers is criticial for a service like RunPod.
