UNIQLO Merino Half-Zipped Jumper. Drop shoulder intensional design or just not a good fit?

The item on the website model shows the shoulder seam is a drop shoulder (I get that, no issue). I'm just not into that style and prefer a classic/normal fit. Also, their jumpers/tops etc fit me best as a shorter man (sleeves are decent length, so is the body length and chest area) I'd be happy to keep said item, but at the same time, how does the shoulder seam fit on me?
