Some fresh vibes would be nice :))
Would love to hear some global announcement about twill cms this year and where it's heading @ifox . Twill has not received any love and updates for about 8months now so it would be super beneficial to remind the community that project is not dead

Hi @Aidas, love to read "project is dead" when I'm about to release 3.1. We wanted to release it in December and I unfortunately got sick, pushing it back to this January. It is not true that the project has not received any love for 8 months. No tagged release, yes, but that's about to change, and 3 has been pretty stable. We've also been supporting the community on Discord as needed, which I don't think contributors from a "dead" project would do. Fast pace releases do not necessarily mean a better software. We are very mindful of the changes that we introduce for your benefit. With that said, I wish you a happy new year and can share what we'll work on this year:
- media library improvements, especially around video support (and video rendering)
- vue 2 to vue 3 migration
- collaboration features
- stable release of many Twill packages
- headless integration documentation, examples and demo
- and more from the community contributions.
You can see part of the changes that will be released this month here: https://github.com/area17/twill/compare/3.0.2...3.x, along with a bunch of other PRs that are ready to merge
Thanks @ifox would be interesting to hear a bit more about your plans for the collaboration features whether that potentially includes some sort of content workflow (approval/review of content) or something else
I am so excited @ifox ! Please post the same message on twitter & blog. So excited to hear it's evolving and glad to be part of this community. Sorry for freaking you out though with this "dead" phrase, just wanted to emphasise the need to communicate with the community as it can give a lot back to this project π
@ifox are there any other experts on the forum (esp peeps from area17?) that can help so I don't have to keep harrasing you π
