Viper bug?

Look sage health bar. Is it a bug? Or are viper's smoke and poison's debilitating state separate?

Well the recovery of hp after orb went down synced with the damage being taken by vipers molly So it seemed like a glitch looked*

If the weakened state is refreshed, will the blood volume still be restored?
