Valorant refusing to run more than 30fps

I just got a new gaming PC and initially Val ran fine. I was going 70 FPS smooth asf and everything. Then I downloaded more things on my pc, literally just the steak client, Ubisoft client and R6. I’ve tried literally EVERYTHING. Nothing helps. Anyone have any suggestions?
