1920 x 1080 on 1440p monitor
I recently got a 1440 monitor and I was wondering if there was a way I could play valorant on 1920 x 1080 without experiencing blurryness.

just play on 1920x1080 on 1440p
ik i tried but its blurry
im asking if anyone knows how to make it not blurry
elaborate on "blurry"
idk if u can see but the crosshair looks blurry
and j the game overall looks a lot less clean then on the native 1440 res
looks normal to me idk
u play on 1440?
nah lol mb
could u find a picture of valorant in 1440
yeah its blurry
Unless you're running on native res, some part of your system (ur video card or monitor) will scale the image. This will produce artifacts. And also the image will be blurrier as there's less detail.
But in this game, some players would rather get the slight performance boost with a little blurriness than get a sharp native res image with slightly more rendering time.
Some even opt for a 1080p display.
It's up to what you prefer. I personally just play at 1440p (native res on one of my monitors) as my system can handle it, no problems.
so theres no way to make it as smooth as 1920 x 1080 native monitor
the reason i dont like 1440p is because it feels a bit chopped and i find the crosshairs n stuff look a bit funny
how many frames do you run val at?
You may want to confirm what your monitor's native res is if you notice that cross hairs aren't perfect at native res.
But you're right that it may look weird at a scaled res. By you're also right that performance will be better.
I get around 400-550 fps.
Sometimes it dips a little tho.
can u send a ss of what ur crosshair looks like at native res
No
okay!
Seriously though, a screen capture will be pixel perfect. Any artifacts come from the scaling after whatever takes screen captures.
yea ik crosshair will be small n weird in color isnt that right
well sorry bud but it cannot be fixxed
coz it registers that ur pc recomended is 1440 so it can only use the crosshair of 1440p resolution
