so apparently i've been banned because of the use of 3rd party software when i haven't because the last thing i did was change my username and the last time i played was at 1pm gmt+8 the only third party software is valorant tracker and outplayed.
Both are not banable
i've already made a ticket but its gonna take a while so i decided to post one here

on valorant tracker my name is still 50k Dmusic but on the valorant menu it still says RNG Dmusic
so i don't understand if it was my username thats caused the issue or not

what about razer cortex?
it's fine
cortex once caused ppl to have weird limited fps, but that's the only problem, it's patched too
i can't think of anything that'd cause me to get banned

For me razer cortex can be the problem many problem with razer had ban for nothing with a clean pc
