i have a question to the people that work with balance in the game. What is the sense of buffing a mf that was already meta, MORE META and necessary in every team, i just dont get it, every character should be equally same in term of power ifykwim

as an intern in riot balance team, i can say cypher wasnt meta and it was weak compared to the killjoy who was picked over him in every map so i thinkwe made the right choice.
