Need some peer advice. (CPA)
I'm gonna take CPA upcoming Jan 2024, I have some background experience in programming like languages like C, Javascript, Python and SQL. I'm wondering what other things I have to do on the side to secure a co-op in sem2. I do have some semi-impressive side projects, what other technologies do i need to learn to secure a job in the long run.
Advice from people who have graduated from this course will be very helpful
Thanks!

One or two good projects and some leetcode and you’re pretty much set, once you have that start networking and learning to interview. If the type of job you want uses tech you never used then learn it, otherwise don’t go too crazy on the tech and put some effort into your network and speech / articulation skills.
And spend some time learning to write a good resume, most ppls resumes are trash even if they are sick coders
Just a correction, you do coop in semester 4. You apply to be elligible for coop in semester 2. Semester 3 you finish up your required courses and also start applying to places. Sem 4 is the term you do it, if you are one if the rare people who get one.
Ohh okay guys got it, thanks for the info
