Random stuttering/freezing and sound glitching out while on over 250fps constant
I have an r9 3900x and a 6700xt and I get constant 250+ fps but am still freezing up and noticing some hitches would love if someone had a yt vid or any advice on how to fix this.

You could try turning down the fps cap to a lower number, this might give the PC some wiggle room to keep a consistent rate
