Toolbar flicker of icons.
I haven't played for a year or so tried installing and in the taskbar the up arrow extended bit either the anti cheat or valorant icon is flickering off and on constantly moving all my icons.
Meaning I can't use any of the icons either, I've rebooted have no anti virus etc that would be causing issue and this doesn't happen with any other game it's really weird as it never used to do this.
