VALORANT WON'T UNINSTALL ON MY PC

For the past few months I've been trying to uninstall valorant. It says it's 3.58 tb (which I know is a visual glitch) and I've gone into files and some won't get deleted bc they're running, but nothing riot or valorant is running. Please help. I will get into a dc call if needed.

I just ended task on riot client and it finally deleted in settings. ty
