Valorant not working

When I load the game, my whole screen gets frozen. And the only way to leave is to power off my pc. How do I fix this, I wanna play Val.

you may have to update your drivers to the latest also if you don't like turning off your pc just press the windows key type task manager and valorant may block your site of task manager so your going to have to use your arrow keys (up and down) and hover over the task manager on your task bar at the bottom and you can see it and when you press your arrow keys you may see an process in task manager get highlighted in blue and make sure it is valorant and then press the del key or m4
