bad laptop low fps

Guys is there anyone that can help me i have very bad fps and i have tried everything i mean everything if anyone has any suggestions please let me know

8gb ram intel(R) Hd graphics card 4600( 1gb) what else do u need to know ?

video on youtube are bad because a maj in window can make that your pc doesnt launch anymore so be carefull other than that your config is pretty bad even in pc so in laptop its worst i dont think you will have better fps than that
