if your friend remembers his first gun buddy, skin, etc he has a decent chance of getting it back
tell them to create a support ticket > account recovery

then valorant wont accept that, because a quick search points that out

It was so sudden, we went out for dinner and when we came back, he can't log into account.
If he can’t provide the security questions to recover his account it’s done for 🤷 Next time tell him to be careful what he clicks on and make sure to secure your email with things such as 2fa and recovery options

my friend had reported to the riot, is there riot will help anyways? like tracking the person that change my friend's gmail...
There’s no such thing as tracking down the player if the email is under control of someone else, if riot wanted to help you would of had your account back by now, I mean there is a chance of getting it back but without the right answers the account cannot be recovered unfortunately 😔

I’m sorry man unless he can recover his email or prove to riot that it’s his account there’s not really a way to get it back, plus it might be too late, you don’t know what the person might of done to his account?

yesterday bout 3pm riot had sent a recovery for me and I was able to change password and even can login to tft mobile but cannot login to website yet then the person that hacked me just hack again at 550pm again ðŸ˜
