LOW FPS, GOOD LAPTOP
Guys help me, heres my laptop specs ,rtx 3050 4GB 16 GB ram, its asus TUF A15, but whenever i play valorant i get <144 fps doesnt matter if its high, med, low resolution, FPS is usually between 80-110

also the laptop 3050 is like rx 470...it isn't as good as u think
because dGPU on laptops are low power, they may have newer features but they aren't equivalent to the desktop version
also I don't see any version with the 3050 mobile
on the official site, are u sure that's Asus tuf a15?

check out programs running at background
especially cpu intensive tasks like antivirus
and enable multithreaded rendering

and also info u gave wasnt even sufficient, monitor ur clocks, usage and temps and such while playing
might be the fans not kicking in
that will give us more clue
bc u might be on manual control
i use a laptop also, it has different modes. you might be on a low power mode.

I use a msi gf63 3060 45w tdp runs at around 160-200 fps
it should be higher for you since higher tdp
higher tdp doesnt mean better performance
its related to the chip quality
It means high runs at a higher wattage
it doesnt work like that
Make sure you have your screen’s hz at 144hz :)
