[DIG-88] Implement Backend Route for Statistics Update
Description:
Create a backend route,
GET /stats, that fetches and provides an updated list of contributors and statistics for the /about page. The data should be sourced from the GitHub API and refreshed every 12 hours.
Expected Changes:
- Implement a new route: GET /stats.
- Utilize GitHub API to fetch contributors' data.
- Extract contributors from the .all-contributorsrc file in the root directory.
- Update statistics for the /about page with the latest information.
