best you can do tho is just improve ur internet connection or join a vc server closer to your region
so. the problem is mostly the friends list, where u can join ur friends. you gotta wait until it loaded and then ur ping is going to get back to normal state. and it seems like this problem is even kicking you out sooo -> improve ur wifi or get a closer region
