Doubt in the semantics of the website
Guys, I'm in doubt regarding the semantics of the website, should this first part (the hero section) be inside a <header> or inside the main content (<main>)?

It doesn't have site navigation, it does have site content. If you added common header elements like navigation, search, or a logo, probably you wouldn't combine it with that hero section. I would put your hero in main.
