i also want to take those email address into google excel sheet.
as for attaching it to google sheets, that's a very broad question. I'm sure there's tutorials out there that you can follow. If you get stuck, make a new post with where you're stuck

it's the focus border, it's part of the browser and indicates what field is focused

you can remove that focus thing using the ::focus selector and setting outline to 0, btw, but you need to have a clear alternative indication that the field is focused. Not everyone uses the mouse to navigate, and just the blinking cursor isn't good enough
