I'm installing tailwind CSS correctly from YouTube videos am watching but mine not working, need help on this #front-end

Share any errors you're getting, your config files, and anything you've tried so far.
Here anytime I add style's to my index.css I always get the error message

the error references line 47, but that's not shown in your screenshots

And include code in something like codepen instead of a screenshot. Or tailwind's play ground
