Advice on ranked

I’m new to ranked as I recently reached lvl 20. Is ranking up based on my kills and KDA or the amount of wins that I get? Or both? Which one more?

kindof both you gain rr when you win but you gain more (and lose less) rr, the better you perform in each match

@316888 rr are based on your hidden mmr, team mmr, enemies mmr, the hidden mmr is calculated with many thing like kda,w/l and many other thing
