i keep moving when i shoot and its a habit now

turn on the shooting error graph in the Settings under Video/Stats. Keep an eye on it to see if there's any motion in ur firing error (it'll be blue in the graph). It can also help to go guardian only in deathmatch and try to hip fire only. You'll be punished a lot for shooting while moving.
