im assuming u just started the game so i would recommend phantom
once u get confident in ur aim vandal
nah i dont think so
phantom is better for spamming
youre just gonna keep spamming once you start using vandal
better to pick one and practise with that

Vandal and guardian are the only one who can 1tap head at any range
Sheriff once at a certain distance just makes them really low if you headshot them
Marshal can one tap at all ranges too
