Go to account recovery, select Automated Recovery Tool, everything is done. Change the password and re-enter the game and it appears as shown in the picture.
You were banned for 3rd party software (cheating of some sort) this is a community help server tho and no one here can help you. If you were false banned, submit a ticket. You will be unbanned. If you werent, you are HWID banned for 4 months and after that you can make a new acc. (Your current acc will be perma banned tho)
