Jupyter runpod proxy extremely slow

Hello, since a few days im having massive issues with Jupyter running on runpod proxys. Its abysmally slow, so slow that i cant even look at my training previews. It sometimes works for a few minutes, then its slow again. I did test downloads and the speed is insanely slow. Also switching archives alone is so slow. i need to interact with jupyter, and ive used up around 5 bucks just to try and fix the issue with no luck at all. direct interaction with the server and downloading via Gdrive or any other method works without problems. also note that this issue is mainly on community clouds, every single one. also happens on secure cloud, but a lot less frequent. Edit2: currently on secure cloud and the same issue is happening again.
