my valorant is consuming way too much ram
when i enter the game it takes over 5gb of ram ive tried everything but i cant find a fix

Set all your videos settings to low. You can also limit the game's frame rate when in the background so it uses a lot less ram when you tab out.

well that wont decrease the ram usage from 4k to 2-3k will it?
it will increase my fps not decrease ram usage
No but it should lower it a bit.
normally when i ask my teammates whats their ram usgae they tell me around 2k
but mine is above 4k

It also depends on what type of ram they are using
