Answers are not always sent to Google Sheet
I set-up the Google Sheet integration to save answers in a Google Sheet; it works, but not always. It looks like if single select choices through buttons are not getting through - it worked at some point, but not anymore.

It seems your "Update row" blocks are below buttons input so they will never be triggered.
Because all your button items are connected to other groups, the block below the buttons input will never be triggered
Does that make sense?
