I have created a ticket on this they replied
Firstly;

Please hold down the Windows key and press the R key.
Run window will appear. Type %localappdata% there and hit enter.
A window will appear.
Please delete the Riot Games and VALORANT folders there. Then when you enter the game, it will update again and your game folder will be re-installed.

Let's adjust the sound settings;

Right-click the speaker icon in the Windows system tray and click Sounds.
Once in the Recording tab make sure your primary microphone is set as Default Device. While speaking, check the bar on the right that indicates the audio is being received.

Select the primary microphone and click Properties. On the Advanced tab, in the Exclusive Mode field, uncheck the box next to "Allow applications to take priority control of this device".

Set the sample rate to be 16 bit, 44100Hz. Click OK.
Once in the Playback tab, make sure your preferred speakers or headphones are set as the Default Device. (To verify this, play any audio file and look at the indicator bar.) Click OK.

In the search section of the Windows taskbar, search for Microphone privacy settings and turn on Allow apps to access your microphone. Please delete the Riot Client file in the C:\Riot Games folder. Then download the "Setup" file of the game from the link below and install it again, please.

https://valorant.secure.dyn.riotcdn.net/channels/public/x/installer/current/live.live.eu.exe

Select the microphone and speaker part as default in the game settings;

Start the loopback test. After waiting for a while, close the test.
Then go to the settings again and choose the microphone and speaker part as your own microphone and speaker instead of the default.
Start the loopback test. After waiting for a while, close the test. Then try again.
