How Bots Send Embeds
As I have read online is that users cannot send Embeds but bots can. What data in the form of a message do bots send that make an embed? What is sent by the bot for an embed to appear.

I know how to write the code for an embed through the bot yes, but why can a bot send an embed but not a user
Not only why but what does a bot send for an embed to become an embed
Is it built into the API request, with messages and bot tokens?

More like since 2015
Or did they completely block it on API if its a user token
