website help

okay so im trying to log into my riot account to claim the free twitter rewards. i use my google account to log into valorant but when i go to i forgot my username and send it to my email my account that i play on dosent show up instead it shows my other accounts. ive tried to go to valorant for herlp but they ask for my username which i dont know what it is. i dont know if im doing something wrong but like how can i log onto the game using my google account but when i ask for help it dosent show up on the exact same email. dose anyone know how to solve this or have any suggestions?
