my packet loss is so bad. I fixed it a couple months ago but I forgot how and it's so shit again and nothings working. any tips?

How is your computer connected to the modem or fibre interface your internet provider gave you?

As a test try to connect your computer directly to your internet provider modem. If things are still bad, you may want to call your internet provider to figure out what's up.
