Getting a hold of Customer Service
I have an issue with the game and whenever I try to write a ticket for it on the website it just gets "solved" by a bot basically telling me yeah thats just how it is, deal with it, goodbye and it counts as "solved" which it is not.
Is there a way to actually talk to a person and not a bot? Im really lost and upset

A ticket is never handled by a bot, there is always a customer agent behind the ticket
Well I just get an automated message after a couple seconds from a bot saying they cant give me further informations and the status is "solved" after it replies.
I wrote two tickets, both the same message.
I got an AFK Penalty even though I have not once AFKed during a game - just my wifi has been acting up the last couple days, but I can never know when it decides to act up again and it takes forever to load into games sometimes and it lags in lobbies - during games its mostly fine. But then I still get the warnings and today I logged in and had the penalty and them saying I could get banned if this continues.
But theres nothing I can do about it and now Im scared to even try and play because I dont wanna get banned lmao, especially for something I am not at fault for.
