Bluetooth headphone problem.
Sup Guys, i need help with a problem
(Sorry for my bad english, i am not american)
So, I have a bluetooth headset, and i connect it to my bluetooth dongle. It works ok with any other thing, like wawtching youtube videos, playing music in spotify, but when i open my Valorant, the background music still working ok, the problem starts when i start a match, or the range, or anything like that. When i do it, my sound start bugging, i cant open the sound icon in the taskbar, i cannot inscrease my audio in the settings (windows settings) bc its always come back to 0 in like, 1s, idk. But it doesnt play the audio. I alr tryed to solve it in game and in windows settings, but it doesnt works. I need help, pls.

You should
#1 check your drivers are updated in geforce experience
#2 Check if your headphones have any drivers that you must update
Do you have any recording softwares enabled that you think can cause an issue?
If audio stops working as soon as the game starts it shouldn't be a coincidence
OBS Studio, but i dont leave it on normally
just sometimes when i want to clip

@aisu.kohi check if ur headphone drivers are updated, if they are or if it doesn't change anything, you can submit a technical support ticket on Riot's website
