Lismo
A simple Discord security bot for URL and file validation, built with the idea that less is always more. This is a passion project between @earth's bird & @earth's penguin. If you'd like to see more of the behind the scenes development I encourage you check out the notion page.
The final hope of Lismo is to run it under a small number of system resources and as such the RAM and CPU usage alike are very low. This also allows us to respond to messages much faster. Lismo is written with a combination of Zig and JS (being run with bun.js)

Major development will not take place in this post, rather on the notion page and The Cookie Jar discord server. Major developments and releases along with major bugs will be posted here though
This is our second go at Lismo, our first product although working was unsatisfactory and was written entirely in c++. The hope of Lismo is to improve on the things @earth's security bot is less then ideal at. Without needing to use paid api's as the URL checking is done locally.
