Color management and display issues

I am running the bazzite-deck-gnome image on my custom built desktop with an amd ryzen 7 7700x, 32gb ram, and Rx 6800xt and am having some issues with color management. In the steam deck ui (is it called gamescope?) color management makes the whole ui a purple hue. I can take a picture if you would like. This would be okay if I could turn off color management in the developer options. However, if I do that, the ui turns to a very dark color that is hard to see. Also, for color managed, the purple hue blinks in and out at times, and when not color managed, the ui blinks in and out of being dark. My monitor is a Dell 27 s2722dgm and I am using the desktop over hdmi from the gpu to the monitor.
In the past with Linux kernel 6.3.3, I could safely disable color management and it would work. As of a recent update that gave me kernel 6.6.6, now I have this blinking issue.

Okay, so I have left color management enabled and have noticed that the purple hue only happens when the mouse shows up in the steam deck ui. The purple hue disappears when the cursor disappears, and when in game the purple hue is gone (which is great)
