Role: Azure network architect
Location: Remote,
100% Remote

Role Description: Cloud Competency Center, Azure Network Architect
Working Hours (i.e. 8 am – 5 pm): 8:30 – 5:00, occasional after hours (as dictated by project requirements)
Required Qualifications:
Involve and coordinate key stakeholders (partners and internal teams) when required
Document and improve procedures, implementation plan, diagram, and technical inventory
Build and analyze network components in Azure
Communicate regularly on network services activities to stakeholders
Ensure follow-up methodology for all actions engaged
Participate and assess the design of network solutions
Lead network project design and deployment
Coordinate internal and external teams to focus on the delivery
Follow-up accurately project tasks until the objective is reached
Provide reporting on project activities
Follow and propose improvements for project methodology in place
Skills
Cloud Network architecture and services (Azure preferred)
Agile methodology especially scrum (epics, user stories, features, MVP…) (SAFE preferred)
Next-generation firewall, IPS and application load-balancing in IaaS environments, Check Point experience a plus
WAN architecture, routing protocols (BGP, static routing, UDR, Express Route...)
Strong working knowledge of web application technologies including multi-tier architectures and common protocols
Experience with JSON, ARM templates, Powershell, and automation/scripting technologies
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Knowledge of the full development and project lifecycle
Experience in a matrix organization and a Multi-National Company is essential
Experience using CI/CD tools
Experience working with DevOps
Years of Experience Required:
Minimum 3-6 years’ experience in building & and deploying applications and technologies to the Cloud.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in building and deploying enterprise networking and security.
Preferred:
Minimum 3-6 years of experience as a Network Engineer.
International experience is a plus; speaking French, Spanish, or Portuguese is not necessary but would be a plus.
