Game stutters plus USB ports don’t work properly either.
My friends PC is having an issue where after enabling secure boot, when launching the game, her usb ports will just flicker on and off like her mic, keyboard and mouse. they basically become unusable, and we’ve tried solutions for hours, yet nothing works. When we tab out of valorant, everything seems to work like normal, it’s just when tabbed into valorant. anyone have any solutions? i just want my friend to be able to play this game

it make no sense to me that when tabbed into Valorant is when everything dies, but when tabbed out, it’s completely fine

we looked into this, but what was considered deleting every file relating to it?
we simply uninstalled it with all the extra things it had. was there more to delete file wise?
Well if you looked into that I don't think thats the problem then.
I guess you also checked your drivers?
Nvidia was updated, we reinstalled usb drivers
we’ve looked into every possible situation i could find
but nothing changed how Val ran
Does she maybe have a second mouse she can try? I don't think it will work but you can give it a shot. Meanwhile I will try look for similar problems/solutions.
The issue is that everything starts disconnect and reconnect when Val is tabbed in
She can’t even be on a discord call because her mic cuts in and out because it keeps disconnecting and reconnecting same with her keyboard and mouse
But it’s only when Val is open and you’re in the application
Do you what kind of mouse she has?

Can you still try and ask her to use a different mouse (Not razer)?
she’s asleep rn since we were up till 3 trying to resolve this
