Help with E-R Diagram
can any one tell me if i make any thing wrong for this E-R diagram ? i attached the requirements also
i am still learning so if there any requirement i missed or any note please let me know

I wouldn't personally represent entities the way you are
I'd be targeting something more like this...
Also; be careful with dark mode diagrams; they can present real readability challenges in some scenarios.
I don't know what tool you're using either; I personally favor things like mermaidjs
