Is it normal that all of the weapons i own are on one cycle?
Pretty weird, happened a few weeks ago and i thought its just a one time thing that will fix whenever it likes to but whenever i try to attack people with any weapon, its stuck on 1/3 or 1/4 and doesn't go up. I get hits though, but its kind of annoying. (for me)

what is your slash reset delay on?

Try putting it on 10
That'll probably fix it
just go to settings and in slash reset delay you set it to 3
