i need to know if it will run valorant well enough
it’s for christmas
more than good enough bro
i got an hp envy x360, i5, integrated amd graphics, 16gb ram and i can run 200 fps
ok ty
bro, envy 360 is on a price range of laptops with i11 intels and 3090 inside
i'd say 120 fps
the cpu is much better than the gpy i think
but if the cpu is on par it would give u 240 ez
i7 is powerful
okay good
i wanna figure out the cpu my cousins laptop has
cuz valorant runs super good there
i think its i3
How much is the laptop
Depending on the price a PC might be better
It's better for upgrading in the future
$1.4k
from walmart
does anyone think this laptop can run valorant AND overwatch 2 simultaneously and well?
i want to switch to pc since im normally a console warrior
& paladins
I was able to get 120 fps on a ryzen 3 integrated amd graphucs
What aint no way
Lenovo flex 5
I have amd ryzen 5 4600h with 1650 and 8gb 3200hz laptop and run on 90-110fps
Why is my laptop bad its asus tuf a15
Idk to be fair I did a shit ton of optimizations
I have i5 8400 igpu and solid 60-75 fps
i get that on i5 4th gen 🗿
aint no way bro
istg if u buy a 1,4k laptop ill find
where u live
not only the life expectancy of a gaming laptop is one year , with the same ammount of money you'll get a pc better than 95% of valorant players
i aint kidding up until diamond everyone plays on 60 fps thats atleast 50%
PC is just better in general u can upgrade it whilst laptops are harder too
Like in the future u could buy a 4060 ti or sum
While a laptop can't rly do thag
That
I bought a pre built for the exact same price
Just buy a decent monitor and your good
I'll send u a good pic on new egg
its what my cousin is getting me
for xmas
i dont wanna sound selfish and be all "erm actually can u get a pc"
i can wait a year
build a pc
i'd rather not have a gaming laptop than to have one
for 1.4k not a good deal..
based on where you live i guess give other laptops a try
i got this one on blackfriday for 1k
its a rtx 4060, i7-11th gen single backlit and it is pretty good
Make sure to install valorant on the SSD since the loading time on HDDs for valorant is ATROCIOUS
i have felt the pain brother 🫂
Why not buy a PC?
1.4k for that laptop is a shit deal.
Also Your 256GB SSD will be full in no time so your laptop will be getting slow fast
would i be able to get overwatch 2 and valorant on it only without it being slow?
@cxdifyy not sure if have window/overwatch/valorant you will already be close to 200
what
@cxdifyy valorant + overwatch 2 + window you will be close to 200 Go
whats window
@cxdifyy window 10 ?
idk maybe
itd be 104 GB
i looked it up
for ow2, paladins, AND valorant
ur os takes space
and all system files
u have like 100 left to work with freely
more than enough
ez 144fps
lit
lit
u have 1tb
just put your most important game on ssd
other games on hdd
cant i just put all of them on ssd
?
the whole point of me getting this was to be able to play valorant, so id prolly put val on ssd
does hdd affect the loading time or anything else of ow2 or paladins
atleast like 160+ fps
but it depends on graphics
for 1.4k you can get a i7 3070 pc at least
you will never go below 240 on low settings
Only ? Valorant is 30GB ow is around 80GB and paladins 60 no ?
paladins is 24 and ow is 50
@cxdifyy oh okay than it changed with time maybe
update: i got the laptop! valorant and overwatch run amazing, still waiting on paladins to download. thank you all for the help! ❤️
@cxdifyy I have Hp Pavillion with exact same configuration except that I don't have a dedicated graphics but an integral Iris xe.
My monitor's refresh rate is 60hz only.
It hits 80-90 fps constantly which is a handicap ofc
how do i get more than 144hz, like my laptop can handle more but always gets capped
Play on lowest of graphics and turn your limiters off in the settings, I guess.
Honestly, fps more than refresh rate doesn't matter. Rather it can result in screen tears.
ah
yeh its already on lowest
