RR related question
Hello. So recently I was playing a comp match and went from B2 —> S1. While in the RR area , it showed +40RR and a star next to it. What does the Star represent?

its a bonus of rr when the game want to rank up faster and the b2 to S1 is a double rank up, to explain the 2 thing your rr are calculated with your hidden mmr the game think with your mmr that you should be more than your actual rank so he make you rank up faster

If you hover the star, it'll explain that it's a performance bonus. Usually you get rr based on the scoreline and how diverged ur hidden skill rating is from your rank. But they give you additional rr if you just did well that match. You can sorta measure what they mean by performance in the performance tev of the match summary on the right there. There's more to it than just kills, but you probably have stars in that tab as well.
