error code not being able to fix

hi guys im new to valorant and whenever i try to install it it pops up with "there was an error connecting to platform. please restart your game client". and i always restart my game client i even follow tut for yt tiktok and reddit i can show a picture. if anyone has any idea on how to fix this please let me know
