I lost my account to a botted demon1 stream prolly w botted subs and the email to my val account has been changed. Support tickets tell me to sign out, when I sign out and submit them they are not shown as open tickets. Emails are just responded with botted links for support tickets. I have proof that the account is mine, in game purchases, original email, added friends. The original username for riot is the same, so is the tag and password. However the email changed and I can't log-in. Im logged in right now though.

How long has it been since you made a ticket before this post
If it was on that day that you made a ticket about this then most likely they haven't gotten to you yet
If it still isn't fine in the next 2 days then you could try making another ticket
