when I change language in settings it only changes the text and not the audio. I want both the audio and text. Thanks

When I search it up all the tutorial are change voice but keep text.

yes but chinese doesn't work for us it only works in chinese servers why would they put voices only in chinese servers ?

like we even only have traditional cn text here while cn servers can also only use simplified
though they have had simplified cn text long ago
they have to make an update for that

I thought when the mandarín dub came out it would apply to the other servers as well
the login platform for cn and our servers are completely different
tencent mainly maintains that ig while riot maintains ours
also tencent seems like they dont want their users to play at our servers
