Client and server desynchronized, is this a common bug?

Okay genuine question, has anyone had issues with how the latest update handles synchronization between server and client regarding aim and movement? I play with my roommate fairly often and starting with the most recent update it has happened several times already that they were aiming at an enemy on their screen but on my screen in spectator they were aiming comically miles away (we're talking like up to 30° both horizontally and vertically) Same goes vice-versa and the way some of my teammates play I'm starting to get the sneaking suspicion they have this issue as well. Is that a known issue? I'm currently getting my roommate another hard drive so they can start recording their clips so we can post a side-by-side comparison. Genuinely hilarious yet very disappointing that at least we're having this issue here. I'd like to reiterate that this issue has not (noticably) occured before the most recent update. I know this is no official resource regarding issues, I'd rather like to hear about your experience! Have you had a bug like this before? Are you currently experiencing it? Let me know! :)
